ClimaCushion Return Policy

As we are confident ClimaCushion will aid in the discomforts associated with heat and freezing as you drive, we hope you will enjoy this seat cushion for years to come.

Nevertheless, in the event you need to return ClimaCushion, we offer a thirty-day return policy for your purchase. Should you wish to return ClimaCushion for whatever reason, you may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt. We will refund the price of the ClimaCushion to you typically within 5 days of receipt of the device into our office, subject to the terms below;

• ClimaCushion must be returned to us in undamaged condition, post-marked 30-days
  from delivery to your shipping point
  
• ClimaCushion must be returned in all original packing with everything included
  
• ClimaCushion must be returned in new and/or resalable condition
  
• Customers will be refunded purchase price less the shipping and handling fee
  (Shipping and handling for ground shipments is $9.95)
  
• Charges may not apply to product that has been damaged..
