As with any product with the level of sophistication the ClimaCushion All-Temperature Seat Cushion has, problems can occur. We ask you to follow the steps below before attempting to return your ClimaCushion.

First Things First!

1. Please read the Owners Manual. There is a lot of good information here that may solve your problem.

2. If the ClimaCushion is not Operating please plug it into another cigarette lighter that you know is working (check with a light). Look at the light above the On/Off switch. If the light is not blinking then there is not power coming into the ClimaCushion.

3. ClimaCushion will automatically turn itself OFF after one hour of use for safety reason. Simply push the On/Off button to start the ClimaCushion again.

4. Does the ClimaCushion work in the AC power (sold separately) but NOT with the cigarette adapter? Unscrew the top point of the cigarette lighter adapter (the one that goes into the hole) and remove the glass fuse. You should be able to see the filament inside of the fuse. If not, please replace the fuse with a new one (1 amp/250 volt).
