ClimaFlowCushion Warranty on Parts and Systems

The ClimaCushion is covered by a 100% warranty on all parts and systems for 6 months from date of shipment to you, the original purchaser of record.

We will repair or replace any part of the ClimaCushion that fails to operate within design limits at no cost to the original purchaser under the condition that the product has not been abused, neglected or operated outside of the recommendations. A shipping and handling fee of $15.00 applies to all product returns within the warranty period.

1. Please send an email to support@flowcushion.com with a subject of RETURN.

2. You will get a return email with two business days providing you instructions and a return number to put on the box.

3. You will simply return the defective ClimaCushion (preferrably in the same packaging your ClimaCushion was shipped to you).

4. We will either repair or replace your ClimaCushion, at our option, and ship this to you within seven business days.

We will not be responsible for neglect, abuse, or accidental damage that causes malfunctioning of the product. If our inspection reveals one of the above causes, we will phone you with an estimate of charges before repairing or replacing the item.
